The Center for In Situ Policy Research and Qualitas of Life Foundation carried out a survey of nearly 540 households via SMS and email between late April and June in collaboration with social service organizations throughout New York State. The full results of the study were presented at a virtual press conference on Monday, July 20.
Qualitas of Life Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides financial education to Hispanic individuals and their families, in order to foster their financial security and improve their standard of living.
We aid to improve the standard of living of Latino individuals and their families and to foster their financial health and security through financial education and asset building programs and activities.
Qualitas works hand in hand with community-based organizations based in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont and Massachusetts to provide financial education programs to the Hispanic migrant community.
We work with over fifty non-profit community partners to better improve the financial well being of our participants. Our workshops are free, bilingual and easy to understand for all of our participants (Spanish for adults, and English for adolescents and children).
