11 participants graduate from a financial education course in the Bronx, NY

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]On Tuesday, May 7, we had an emotional graduation at the Mercy Center, where 11 participants from the Family Forward program completed the financial education course of the Qualitas of Life Foundation.

Family Forward is a program of group of agencies and individuals who work collaboratively in the Bronx, NY with one common goal – to strengthen New York City families.

“More than being the end of a course, it is the beginning of your financial stability because you already know how to implement the tools you learned, to improve your life and your children” said Miriam Rebling, executive director of Qualitas of Life Foundation, to the participants.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”5012″ size=”tnail-masonry”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Mercy Center’s associate executive director, Paula Sarro, mentioned that Mercy Center is very grateful to have Qualitas of Life Foundation as allies in the Family Forward program, and that they are very proud of what the families of this program have achieved.

At the graduation were also present Leigh Rovzar, who is a member of the Board of Directors of Qualitas of Life Foundation; and Stephen J. Stritch, executive director of Mercy Center.

We want to congratulate all the participants who completed the Qualitas of Life Foundation course, and we hope that the knowledge learned during the eight sessions that the course lasted will be put into practice to improve their financial stability.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
